In the first business of Silica, a memorandum of understanding was signed to explore gold and associated minerals in Al-Jawf Governorate, Al-Matma area, between the company and the Geological Survey Authority.
The memo will be a prelude to Silica obtaining an exploration license, and then exploiting it in the event that an economic feasibility of the ores to be explored is established. The memo also provides for a partnership between the Geological Survey Authority and Silica Company at this stage, and a number of the commission’s engineers have been assigned to be part of the joint exploratory team that we intend to – In Silica, start-up, when appropriate security conditions exist.
